Sign-in

Use the same method as last time. The Last used mark is on that button. A magic link expires. Request a new one from the sign-in page. GitHub and Google have to be enabled on the Supabase project, and the callback URL has to be allowed.

A series did not post

Check that autopilot is on and that the local npx vfrey desk is running. The console records the switch and the desk is what the worker reads. A quality stop is different from a compliance block. Disclosure, privacy, and audit failures stay blocked. They are not retried in secret.

An unaudited TikTok app can only post as private. vfrey will not quietly switch a public post to private.

Secrets

Leave a field blank to keep the stored value. If the encryption key changed, old secrets cannot be decrypted. Enter them again. Do not paste them into a chat, a GitHub issue, or a Vercel variable.

Refunds, closing a workspace and privacy requests

Ask here to close a workspace, to get a refund (see the Refund Policy on the website), or to use your privacy rights (access, correction, deletion). Include the workspace name and the email you sign in with. We answer within 30 days, and refunds within 5 business days.

What support cannot do

Support cannot accept YouTube Studio terms for you, finish a TikTok audit, or recover a lost encryption key. Support does not post on your behalf from a browser session.

Copy this note and send it to the person who runs your workspace. Leave every token and the encryption key out of the message.
